With over three decades of legal experience as an in-house lawyer — including leading the Global Technology Legal Team for DHL Group — I have built and developed high-performing teams, delivered strategic programs, and advised C-suite executives at the highest level.

Uniquely, I also stepped into a business leadership role, sitting on the Management Board and designing strategy and processes from within, giving me rare, first-hand insight into both the legal and commercial realities of leadership.
